The coronavirus has focused attention on health. The statistics showed that healthy people rode the infection with few problems while people with some (even slight) health conditions suffered more ill effects.
There is still a significant level of ignorance and misunderstanding about how to achieve a good level of health.
Pandemics aside, it’s still vital that people are better equipped to make good decisions to improve their health.
This course will give your staff a good degree of knowledge to help them avoid some of the devastating illnesses that creep up on us if we’re not aware.
These illnesses include such physical ailments as heart disease, stroke, arthritis, liver disease, obesity and mental issues like depression, migraine and anxiety. And, of course, Covid-19 and flu.
Health Coaching
One to one health coaching is available for people with specific health issues.
Most health issues are either related to the mind or the body. However, as the mind controls the body and the body nourishes the mind, there’s lots of room for a big grey area.
However, I can identify the most likely cause and address it directly with hypnosis, NLP or diet and nutrition advice.
Life Coaching
Life doesn’t always go to plan – even if you have one.
It doesn’t matter how determined you are, you can often struggle with what feels like inner conflicts just trying to get simple stuff done.
This can manifest itself in various ways but one or more of the following are typical:
- procrastination
- aimlessness
- lack of focus
- poor decision making
- depression
- shortness of temper
- frustration
The result is probably a lack of progress and an intense feeling of dissatisfaction with life, your job or your relationships.
